Welcome to PBExpo!
Before completing your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions (these "Terms") govern your registration for and participation at any PBExpo event (the "Event") and are an agreement between PartsBase, Inc. (or such other applicable PartsBase, Inc. contracting entity) ("PBExpo," "PartsBase, Inc.," "we," "us," or "our") and you. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms.
1. Event
You may only register for and attend the Event by these terms. You must complete the event registration process and pay any registration fee to register. Unless the Event's registration webpage specifies otherwise or we expressly inform you otherwise, you must be at least 18 years of age on the first day of the Event. Event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. We may also change the event program at any time in our sole discretion. You will at all times comply with the PBExpo Code of Conduct.
2. Safety and Security.
Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that security will conduct a reasonable search of you and your property upon entry to the Event, and they may ask you to provide photo identification. We may deny entry if you refuse to participate in these security measures. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the Event if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of Event attendees. You will not receive a refund if we deny entry or ask you to leave.
3. Your Information.
3.1 Generally. We handle your information according to the PBExpo Privacy Notice.
3.2 Sharing with Event Exhibitors and Sponsors. We may provide your contact and company information to Event Sponsors/Exhibitors if (a) you elect to attend any sessions or other activities at the Event involving Event Sponsors (in which case we would provide your contact information and company information only to the Event Sponsor involved in such session or other activity) or (b) you opt-in during registration or otherwise to receive communications from our Event Sponsors.
3.3 Voice and Image. By participating in the event experiences, you agree that we may derive information from recordings of your voice and images of your face and retain and use all resulting information, in each case, in accordance with the PBExpo Privacy Notice.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Generally. All materials presented at PBExpo are the intellectual property of PartsBase, Inc., PBExpo, or its partners. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.
4.2 Recordings and Your Materials You grant us, our affiliates, and our independent contractors the right to record, film, photograph, and capture your voice and image in any media at the Event (the "Recordings"). You grant to PartsBase, Inc., PBExpo, and its affiliates, agents, employees, and assigns an irrevocable, nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and translate, for any purpose relating to our business, all or any part of the Recordings and Your Materials (means all materials submitted including, for example, your name and biographical information) or presented by you (in electronic copy or hard copy, verbally, or otherwise). We may edit the Recordings and Your Materials, use them alone or with other information, and allow others to use and disseminate them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in the Recordings and Your Materials. You represent and warrant that (a) Your Materials are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, (b) you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license in this Section 4, and (c) Your Materials do not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.
5. Registration Confirmation
5.1. Your registration for PBExpo is subject to acceptance by the PBExpo Team. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your registration and event information.
5.2. Registrations are non-transferable and may not be resold.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so in writing by emailing info@pbexpo.org no later than 90 days before the Event. Cancellations will incur a 25% processing fee (for paid attendees).
6.2. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the Event will not be refundable.
6.3. PBExpo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event.
7. Event Changes
PBExpo reserves the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to registered attendees.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. By registering for PBExpo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event purposes, including registration processing, communication, and attendee management.
8.2. We will process your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. To find more details, please visit the privacy policy page.
9. Marketing Messaging Opt-In
9.1. By registering for PBExpo, you agree to receive marketing communications from PBExpo and its partners. These communications may include emails, SMS text messages, in-app notifications, newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and updates about future events.
9.2. You may opt out of marketing communications anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in each communication.
10. Code of Conduct
10.1. At PartsBase, we firmly believe in the value and importance of an environment where all PBExpo members feel welcome and safe. This Code of Conduct outlines the behavior we expect from PBExpo attendee members, sponsors, and exhibitors interacting at PBExpo events and programs.
10.2. You will behave in a way that facilitates a safe and supportive environment for all PBExpo events and program participants.
10.3. You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or interfere with other individuals' participation in PBExpo events and programs.
10.4. You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including but not limited to relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
10.5. You will comply with all applicable laws and, in the context of PBExpo events, all of our event-specific requirements (including all health and safety requirements), and, in the context of PBExpo programs, all of our program-specific requirements.
10.6. PBExpo reserves the right to remove any attendee, sponsor, or exhibitor who violates the code of conduct without a refund.
11. Liability
11.1. We and our affiliates and licensors are not liable to you under any cause of action or theory of liability. Even if a party learns about the possibility of such damages, we specifically exclude liability for (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages and (b) lost profits, revenues, customers, opportunities, or goodwill.
11.2. Attendees are responsible for travel arrangements, accommodations, meals, and personal incidentals.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Florida and/or the jurisdiction in which PBExpo operates.

14. June 2026 YETI Tumbler Booth Promotion
Please read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By participating in the PBExpo 2027 YETI Tumbler Booth Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to these Terms. These Terms apply only to the June 2026 YETI tumbler offer described below; other PBExpo booth promotions are governed by their own separate terms.
14.1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to any business or individual eighteen (18) years of age or older that reserves a qualifying PBExpo 2027 exhibitor booth during the Offer Period. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of PartsBase, Inc., its parent companies and affiliates, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
14.2. OFFER PERIOD: The Offer Period begins June 9, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
14.3. HOW TO QUALIFY: To qualify, you must reserve any full-price PBExpo 2027 booth bundle or package during the Offer Period, whether through a PartsBase sales representative or the self-serve online storefront. A qualifying purchase is required to receive the gift. “Reserved” means a completed booking (a signed exhibitor agreement or a completed online checkout) dated on or before the close of the Offer Period, regardless of when payment is remitted. The Promotion applies to full-price reservations only; discounted, complimentary, sponsorship-only, or previously contracted booths do not qualify. The offer may not be combined with other promotions.
14.4. GIFT: Each qualifying reservation will receive two (2) co-branded PBExpo 2027 YETI tumblers. Limit one set of two (2) tumblers per qualifying booth, while supplies last. No cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted, except that PartsBase, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, substitute an item of comparable value if stock is depleted.
14.5. FULFILLMENT: Tumblers will be shipped to the address provided by the qualifying exhibitor. Exhibitors who reserve through the self-serve online storefront will be asked to confirm a shipping address in a brief post-purchase step.
14.6.TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the gift are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
14.7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Organizer and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate participation or purchase information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, participation or order records.
14.8. DISPUTES: By participating, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees.
14.9. GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
14.10. DATA PRIVACY: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that their registration and purchase data may be used by PartsBase, Inc. and its affiliates for marketing and promotional purposes.
14.11. ORGANIZER: The Organizer of the Promotion is PartsBase, Inc.
14.12. MISCELLANEOUS: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YETI Coolers, LLC, or any named or depicted people or entities other than PartsBase, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to PartsBase, Inc., not YETI Coolers, LLC.
15. July 2026 Apple AirPods Booth Promotion
Please read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By participating in the PBExpo 2027 Apple AirPods Booth Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to these Terms. These Terms apply only to the July 2026 Apple AirPods offer described below; other PBExpo booth promotions are governed by their own separate terms.
15.1.ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to any business or individual eighteen (18) years of age or older that (a) reserves a qualifying full-price PBExpo 2027 exhibitor booth bundle or package during the Offer Period, or (b) receives a Career Runway sales order from PartsBase, Inc. during the Offer Period, signs the binding DocuSign sales order, and submits the required deposit within 30 days of receiving the sales order. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of PartsBase, Inc., its parent companies and affiliates, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Career Runway Exception: Qualifying Career Runway exhibitors who receive a sales order from PartsBase, Inc. between July 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026, sign the binding DocuSign sales order, and submit the required deposit within 30 days of receiving the sales order are eligible for the AirPods giveaway.
15.2. OFFER PERIOD: The Offer Period begins July 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
15.3. HOW TO QUALIFY: Standard exhibitor booths: To qualify, you must reserve any full-price PBExpo 2027 booth bundle or package during the Offer Period, whether through a PartsBase sales representative or the self-serve online storefront. A qualifying purchase is required to receive the gift. “Reserved” means a completed booking (a signed exhibitor agreement or a completed online checkout) dated on or before the close of the Offer Period, regardless of when payment is remitted. The Promotion applies to full-price reservations only; discounted, complimentary, sponsorship-only, or previously contracted booths do not qualify. The offer may not be combined with other promotions.
Career Runway booths: To qualify, you must receive a Career Runway sales order issued by PartsBase, Inc. during the Offer Period, sign the binding DocuSign sales order, and submit the required deposit within 30 days of receiving the sales order. Career Runway booths are not available through the self-serve online storefront; a sales order issued directly by PartsBase, Inc. is the only path to qualification. Only one (1) gift is permitted per confirmed Career Runway booth reservation, regardless of booth size or package. Career Runway applicants who have already reserved a standard exhibitor booth are not eligible to receive a second gift under this Promotion.
15.4. GIFT: Each qualifying reservation will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods (model to be confirmed). Limit one (1) pair of AirPods per qualifying booth, while supplies last. No cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted, except that PartsBase, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, substitute an item of comparable value if stock is depleted.
15.5. FULFILLMENT: AirPods will be shipped to the address provided by the qualifying exhibitor. Exhibitors who reserve through the self-serve online storefront will be asked to confirm a shipping address in a brief post-purchase step. Career Runway participants will be asked to confirm a shipping address as part of their acceptance confirmation.
15.6. TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the gift are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

16. August 2026 Jumbotron Booth Promotion
Please read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By participating in the PBExpo 2027 Jumbotron Ad Booth Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to these Terms. These Terms apply only to the August 2026 jumbotron advertisement offer described below; other PBExpo booth promotions are governed by their own separate terms.
16.1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to any business or individual eighteen (18) years of age or older that reserves a qualifying PBExpo 2027 exhibitor booth during the Offer Period. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of PartsBase, Inc., its parent companies and affiliates, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
16.2. OFFER PERIOD: The Offer Period begins August 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
16.3. HOW TO QUALIFY: To qualify, you must reserve any full-price PBExpo 2027 booth bundle or package during the Offer Period, whether through a PartsBase sales representative or the self-serve online storefront. A qualifying purchase is required to receive the gift. “Reserved” means a completed booking (a signed exhibitor agreement or a completed online checkout) dated on or before the close of the Offer Period, regardless of when payment is remitted. 16.4. GIFT: Each qualifying reservation will receive one (1) complimentary advertisement placement on the venue jumbotron at PBExpo 2027 (March 10–11, 2027, Miami Beach Convention Center). The advertisement is a static raster image, not a video. The qualifying exhibitor must provide the finished advertisement; design and production are not included in this offer. Limit one (1) jumbotron advertisement placement per qualifying booth. No cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted.
16.5. CONTENT AND APPROVAL: The qualifying exhibitor is responsible for providing the finished advertisement and must ensure it meets PartsBase, Inc.’s required specifications. The required image size, file type, and submission deadline will be provided to qualifying exhibitors closer to the event. PartsBase, Inc. reserves the right to review, approve, or decline any advertisement that does not meet the stated specifications or event display standards. Failure to provide the finished advertisement by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the placement.
16.6. FULFILLMENT: Fulfillment consists of PartsBase, Inc. displaying the exhibitor-provided advertisement on the venue jumbotron at the event. Design is not included and no physical item is shipped. The placement is for the PBExpo 2027 event only and has no value or use outside the event.
16.7. TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the gift are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
