Welcome to PBExpo!

Before completing your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions (these "Terms") govern your registration for and participation at any PBExpo event (the "Event") and are an agreement between PartsBase, Inc. (or such other applicable PartsBase, Inc. contracting entity) ("PBExpo," "PartsBase, Inc.," "we," "us," or "our") and you. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms.

1. Event
You may only register for and attend the Event by these terms. You must complete the event registration process and pay any registration fee to register. Unless the Event's registration webpage specifies otherwise or we expressly inform you otherwise, you must be at least 18 years of age on the first day of the Event. Event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. We may also change the event program at any time in our sole discretion. You will at all times comply with the PBExpo Code of Conduct.

2. Safety and Security.
Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that security will conduct a reasonable search of you and your property upon entry to the Event, and they may ask you to provide photo identification. We may deny entry if you refuse to participate in these security measures. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the Event if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of Event attendees. You will not receive a refund if we deny entry or ask you to leave.

3. Your Information.

3.1 Generally. We handle your information according to the PBExpo Privacy Notice.

3.2 Sharing with Event Exhibitors and Sponsors. We may provide your contact and company information to Event Sponsors/Exhibitors if (a) you elect to attend any sessions or other activities at the Event involving Event Sponsors (in which case we would provide your contact information and company information only to the Event Sponsor involved in such session or other activity) or (b) you opt-in during registration or otherwise to receive communications from our Event Sponsors.

3.3 Voice and Image. By participating in the event experiences, you agree that we may derive information from recordings of your voice and images of your face and retain and use all resulting information, in each case, in accordance with the PBExpo Privacy Notice.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials presented at PBExpo are the intellectual property of PartsBase, Inc., PBExpo, or its partners. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.

4.2 Recordings and Your Materials You grant us, our affiliates, and our independent contractors the right to record, film, photograph, and capture your voice and image in any media at the Event (the "Recordings"). You grant to PartsBase, Inc., PBExpo, and its affiliates, agents, employees, and assigns an irrevocable, nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and translate, for any purpose relating to our business, all or any part of the Recordings and Your Materials (means all materials submitted including, for example, your name and biographical information) or presented by you (in electronic copy or hard copy, verbally, or otherwise). We may edit the Recordings and Your Materials, use them alone or with other information, and allow others to use and disseminate them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in the Recordings and Your Materials. You represent and warrant that (a) Your Materials are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, (b) you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license in this Section 4, and (c) Your Materials do not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

5. Registration Confirmation

5.1. Your registration for PBExpo is subject to acceptance by the PBExpo Team. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your registration and event information.

5.2. Registrations are non-transferable and may not be resold.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so in writing by emailing info@pbexpo.org no later than 90 days before the Event. Cancellations will incur a 25% processing fee (for paid attendees).

6.2. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the Event will not be refundable.

6.3. PBExpo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event.

7. Event Changes

7.1. PBExpo reserves the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to registered attendees.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. By registering for PBExpo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event purposes, including registration processing, communication, and attendee management.

8.2. We will process your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. To find more details, please visit the privacy policy page.

9. Marketing Messaging Opt-In

9.1. By registering for PBExpo, you agree to receive marketing communications from PBExpo and its partners. These communications may include emails, SMS text messages, in-app notifications, newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and updates about future events.

9.2. You may opt out of marketing communications anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link in each communication.

10. Code of Conduct

10.1. At PartsBase, we firmly believe in the value and importance of an environment where all PBExpo members feel welcome and safe. This Code of Conduct outlines the behavior we expect from PBExpo attendee members, sponsors, and exhibitors interacting at PBExpo events and programs.

10.2. You will behave in a way that facilitates a safe and supportive environment for all PBExpo events and program participants.

10.3. You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or interfere with other individuals' participation in PBExpo events and programs.

10.4. You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including but not limited to relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.

10.5. You will comply with all applicable laws and, in the context of PBExpo events, all of our event-specific requirements (including all health and safety requirements), and, in the context of PBExpo programs, all of our program-specific requirements.

10.6. PBExpo reserves the right to remove any attendee, sponsor, or exhibitor who violates the code of conduct without a refund.

11. Liability

11.1. We and our affiliates and licensors are not liable to you under any cause of action or theory of liability. Even if a party learns about the possibility of such damages, we specifically exclude liability for (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages and (b) lost profits, revenues, customers, opportunities, or goodwill.

11.2. Attendees are responsible for travel arrangements, accommodations, meals, and personal incidentals.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Florida and/or the jurisdiction in which PBExpo operates.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PBExpo Apple AirPods Giveaway 
Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. By registering for the Apple AirPods Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), participants agree to these Terms. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to anyone who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of PartsBase, Inc., its parent companies, affiliates, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. 
ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for the Giveaway begins on October 13th, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on November 18th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. 
HOW TO ENTER: Participants can enter the Giveaway by registering to attend PBEXPO 2026 through the specified method before the end of the entry period. No purchase necessary to enter or win. 
DRAWING: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. 
PRIZE CLAIM: Winners must be present in person at PBExpo 2026 to claim their prize. If a winner is not present or cannot be contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. 
PRIZE: The prize consists of one (1) set of Apple Airpods. No cash or other substitution is permitted except by PartsBase, Inc. in its sole discretion. 
TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. 
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Organizer and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. 
DISPUTES: By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway but in no event attorney’s fees. 
GOVERNING LAW: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. 
DATA PRIVACY: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that their registration data can be used by PartsBase, Inc. and its affiliates for marketing and promotional purposes. 
ORGANIZER: The Organizer of the Giveaway is PartsBase, Inc. 
MISCELLANEOUS: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. or any other named or depicted people or entities other than PartsBase, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to PartsBase, Inc., not Apple Inc. 

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PBExpo Exclusive Bundle Giveaway 
Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. By registering for the Exclusive Bundle Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), participants agree to these Terms. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to anyone who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who also attended PBExpo 2025. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of PartsBase, Inc., its parent companies, affiliates, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
