Ralph Cutié is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the MiamiDade Aviation Department. He oversees operations at Miami International Airport (MIA) and four general aviation (GA) airports in the Miami area, which together generate $31.9 billion in business revenue and support more than 275,000 direct and indirect jobs. MIA leads the way, handling more than 46 million passengers and more than two million tons of cargo annually, placing it among America’s busiest international passenger and cargo airports.
Previously, Mr. Cutié served as Assistant Director for Facilities Management and Engineering, overseeing the largest and most diverse division within the Aviation Department, comprised of more than 440 employees, an annual operating budget of nearly $123 million and a reserve maintenance budget of $30 million.

Oliver Walker-Jones leads Communications, Marketing and Brand at Joby - a California-based company pioneering flying taxis. Joby has spent more than a decade developing its revolutionary eVTOL technology in partnership with industry giants including NASA and Toyota and it’s vision is to drive a revolution in carbon-free air travel. As the company’s first marketing lead, he has led the communications of major company milestones including the listing of the business on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021, and the acquisition of Uber Elevate.
Oliver previously worked at German air taxi competitor Lilium, where he directed the announcement of multiple investment rounds, taking them to unicorn status and their maiden flight in 2019. His passion for future technologies and comprehensive knowledge of the sector was honed during his time leading global communications for the aerospace division at Rolls-Royce.
Oliver has also worked at global powerhouses Walmart and Blackstone, as well as the CBI, the U.K.’s largest trade association. He has a degree in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University and a background in political campaigning, working for politicians on both sides of the Atlantic.
Tejpaul Bhatia leads revenue generation and future monetization strategy for the commercial development of space as Chief Revenue Officer at Axiom Space. With 25 years of startup and strategic leadership experience at some of the world’s biggest companies and three investor-backed, high-growth startups. Prior to joining Axiom, he led External Strategic Narrative for the Office of the CIO at Google, where he met with C-suite executives at Fortune 100 corporations to discuss the future of work, supporting over $4B in sales pipeline.
Tej first joined Google as the Startup Ecosystem Manager in New York to establish and grow Google Cloud’s presence with startup founders, venture capital firms, and family offices; he previously was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Citi Ventures. As a startup founder for 10 years prior, Tej served as Chief Operating Officer for an educational technology company, Explain Everything, CEO of video chatting platform Chatwala, and CEO of Kaptur, an app that enables users to instantly aggregate all photos taken at any event in seconds. Before founding Kaptur, Tej was Senior Manager of Product and International Strategy for ESPN, where he launched ESPN3 in the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Europe.
Tej holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Columbia University. He has served in non-profit leadership and board positions at the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Startup Leadership Program.
