If you work directly for an airline or operator, you are encouraged to apply to participate in our Hosted Airline Program for FREE at PBEXPO 2024. Spaces are limited; therefore, we suggest you apply as soon as possible.

Complimentary Hotel Stay
Experience PBEXPO as a VIP on Us. What Is Included?
We will provide 3-nights complimentary accommodation near the Miami Beach Convention Center, convenient to downtown Miami and South Beach.
We will include a round of golf for you during the PBEXPO Golf Tournament. All green and cart fees are included as well as complimentary drinks and meals.

Ground Transportation
Members will receive complimentary transportation from local airports to their hotels.
Access to the Airline Pavilion
Airline members will have access to the Airline Pavilion, an exclusive meeting space for airlines and suppliers to conduct business.
Access to the VIP Lounge
Each member will have a VIP wristband, gaining access to the VIP Lounge where complimentary food and drinks are served, as well as entertainment.
Free Networking Reception
Members will be invited to meet other airline peers, speakers, delegates, visitors, and exhibitors at the PBEXPO Networking Reception.
Airline Appreciation Dinner
Airline members are welcome to participate in the PBEXPO Airline Appreciation Dinner.
Airline Concierge
Gain access to your personal airline concierge, ensuring all details of your visit are handled as well, as any unplanned requests of accommodation.
