*The PBExpo 2026 Promotional Campaign (the "Promotion") is open to individuals or entities who purchase a 10x10 booth and bundle (or higher) at full price for PBExpo 2026 (the "Event") directly through the official PBExpo 2026 registration process.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of PBExpo organizers or their respective agencies are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 18, 2025, at 12:01 AM EDT and ends on July 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT (the "Promotion Period").
Purchases made after the Promotion Period will not qualify for the offer.
Offer Details
Eligible participants who purchase a 10x10 booth and bundle (or higher) at full price during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods (standard model, subject to availability) at no additional cost.
The AirPods will be provided as a promotional gift and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative unless otherwise specified by the PBExpo organizers.
The offer is limited to one pair of AirPods per qualifying booth purchase, regardless of the number of booths or bundles purchased by a single participant.
Purchase Requirements
The booth and bundle must be purchased at the full, non-discounted price as listed on the official PBExpo 2026 website or through authorized registration channels.
Purchases made using discounts, promotional codes, or other offers that reduce the full price of the booth and bundle do not qualify for this Promotion.
The purchase must be completed, and at least a 50% deposit of the full booth and bundle cost must be received by the PBExpo organizers within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the promotional item.
Deposit and Promotional Item Redemption
Participants will receive their promotional item (Apple AirPods) only after a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the booth and bundle has been paid as a deposit.
Failure to pay the 50% deposit will result in ineligibility for the promotional item.
The AirPods will be distributed to eligible participants after the 50% deposit payment is received and eligibility is verified.
Delivery of the AirPods will be arranged by the PBExpo organizers and shipped to the address provided during the registration process, within 30 days of deposit verification, subject to availability and shipping constraints.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PBExpo organizers are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Shipping is available only to addresses within the country or region specified during registration, subject to local laws and regulations.
Limitations
The Promotion is subject to availability of Apple AirPods. In the event of unavailability, PBExpo organizers reserve the right to substitute the AirPods with an item of comparable value, at their sole discretion.
The offer is non-transferable, and AirPods cannot be resold or transferred to another party.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by the PBExpo organizers.
General Conditions
PBExpo organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or technical issues.
