Stator assembly

Diodes

Cooling system

2) Belt-Driven Alternators

Belt-driven alternators operate by utilizing a belt system connected to the engine. As the engine rotates, the belt transfers this motion to the alternator, which then converts it into electrical power, providing a degree of isolation between the engine and the alternator which in turn reduces vibrations and noise.

3) Gear-Driven Alternators

The gear-driven alternator consists of a gear mechanism that connects the engine's crankshaft to the alternator, which converts the motion in it into electrical power, allowing for higher power output and improved efficiency compared to other types of alternators.
